- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a replacement.

- A valid receipt must be included with your return.
- Clearly state where the item was purchased and the purchase amount.
Condition of Returned Items:
- The bag must be returned in nearly the same condition as received, with the weight very close to the original amount.
Return Process:
- Please include your name, address, and a copy of the receipt with the returned item.
- Once we verify the details and inspect the returned item, we will send a replacement bag to the address provided.
